The Pepper Pot, located in Banbury Oxfordshire is a modern style pub and restaurant, a little like the Wetherspoons chain. I have visited the Pepper Pot on many occasions as I often train at the gym nearby in the Grimsbury area of Banbury. The pub is a good standard british boozer with much emphasise on value. More than decoration or quality. If your looking for a quick pint/cheap good value meal or a saturday night out in Banbury, then this is the place. The atmosphere is somewhat lacking unfortuently, this is a modern pub, trying its best to be oldie-worldie, it has a brick, modern structure and should be treated that way reallyHowever, aside from that the beer served is/was good standard and good value, cant complain with that, a possible variation from the usual lagers wouldn't go a miss though. The food is good too, though envitably frozen then microwaved.
Though the Pepper Pot is, as it is claims; good value, good quality. Cant argue with that. Recommended.
